Dress: Ted Baker

Hello everyone! Today I am starting a new series called What I Wore. Its basically going to be post of the outfits I wear on regular days or to specific events. I kicked it off today by getting dressed up for a family lunch celebrating my mothers birthday! It was a glorious day and although none of us wanted to be inside the thoughts of a delicious lunch meant we were ready and out the door in no time! We ate in the White Horses, an incredible restaurant in the little seaside village of Ardmore.

I wore a pretty dress from Ted Baker that I bought in the Christmas sales two years ago and a pair of pink lace up French Sole shoes I bought a few months ago. I wanted to look pretty but not overly formal. I love the bird print on the dress and its one of my all time favorite pieces to wear!

My beautiful pearl ring and pearl necklace were made by my mother. The necklace was a gift from her but the ring was just a lone for the day unfortunately!

Now even more importantly than the outfit in my opinion is the food! Today the White Horses outdid themselves! I had beautiful breaded mushrooms to start and the a spinach and mushroom crepe with melted brie on top (I really like mushrooms!) for my main. It was absolutely divine! The crepe was so heavy though that I had to take my dessert home to eat later! I’m actually so hungry looking back at these pictures. Drool!
