I will be the first to admit, Winter clothing is the real love of my life, my pasty limbs do not fare well being exposed in the sun. If I could get away with tights all year round I happily would! This Summer in an effort to try and look sunkissed a got my first spray tan since my Debs! It did not turn out well, I looked like an idiot and scrubbed it off as quickly as I could and resigned myself to back and try rock the “pale and interesting” look.

This Summer instead of going crazy buying pieces I bought a few good classic pieces and kept a colour scheme in mind. Most of the pieces I ended up purchasing were either white or navy. Stripy tops in white and navy from Jack Wills and lots of white or navy tops and skirts from Maje, Sandro and Claudie Pierlot ended up making up most of my Summer wardrobe. I also found sticking to a few brands helped make all the items more interchangeable.

Most of these pics came from my poor old I phone so apologies for quality! There’ll be lots more Summer outfit pics coming up soon! Hope you’re all making the most of the weather while we have it!

Hello and happy Sunday my darlings! I hope you have all had a lovely relaxing day and are now preparing for the week ahead! This is a new feature where I’ll share what I got up to for the week, what I wore, ate, read ect! I hop you all enjoy it!

  • I really got back into instagram this week, especially taking outfit shots. I’m enjoying the last of summer by wearing as much pink as possible!

  • Ive been reading the loveliest blogs you simply have to check out! A Girl A Style and mrsalice.

  • I went home for the weekend and so enjoyed a few days of food being cooked for me and going on lovely walks.

  • I found a new website I cant wait to order some clothes from! Its called Cabbages and Roses. I particularly love this dress and this coat.

  • I shopped move than I have in months so I think I’ll do a haul very soon. Though looking at my purchases about 90% of them are navy. I think I need help.

Giraffes, Pearls and Full Skirts

Hello my lovelies! Just a little post today! I wanted to show you all an outfit I wore while helping out backstage at a fashion show for graduates of the LA College’s make up course! It was a really fun day and I had a few minutes to spare to take some outfit shots!

I’m wearing a shirt by the brand How Many T-Shirt which I bought in the coolest shop ever called Tamp and Stitch in Temple Bar. I wanted to buy everything they had in stock! It was one of those shops that has such a cool atmosphere that you felt cooler for just having been in there! The shirt is my favorite recent purchase, just look at the adorable giraffes! My scarf is from Electronic Sheep which I bought in Bow in Powerscourt Townhouse The skirt used to belong to my mother. I love full skirts so much at the moment. I wore them all Summer and I can’t see myself stopping for Autumn, prepare to see lots more of them here! The shoes are by Papucei which I purchased in Le Chateau Choo in Thurles!

I hope you all enjoyed another little peek into my wardrobe! I have lots more exciting things planned for you all soon! Enjoy the weekend!

What I Wore: My Graduation

Hello my lovlies! A few days ago I graduated from my Styling course with the LA College of Creative Arts! Oh my goodness how the months have flown! I loved every second of the course and made so many amazing  friends! I think I’ll do a whole review of the course  later for anyone who might be interested in signing up.

I wore a dress from Warehouse I bought for a wedding a few years ago and Ted Baker heels with rose gold hard wear I bought for a photo shoot and then decided to keep! Also tights from H&M, long sting of pearls are from a brand called Mai Pearls ad my pearl pendant necklace was made by my very talented mother!

It was so exciting to then put on the black hat and gown (even though it covered up my dress)! Our tutors Lorna Claire Weightman and Corina Gaffey handed out our diplomas and then there was a very inspiration speech by Darren Kennedy! We left on a high (helped by  the prosecco) and went for more drinks! It was such an amazing night and experience and I’m thoroughly glad I did it!

Look how chuffed I am!

Thank you everyone for reading! I’ll be back again soon, until then stay fabulous! xxx
